I am a Nutritionist (MSc) and Personal Trainer with an academic education and extensive experience in the field.

Personal Training

No matter what your fitness goals are Personal Training is probably the best way to reach them. As your Personal Trainer I will design an exercise program that is customized to your individual needs and objectives. I will also give you the guidance and support you need to successfully reach your goals.

Expert advice may therefore be needed.
